How do I calculate how much tile I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% 'waste factor' to account for cuts, breakages, and future repairs. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, consider adding 20%.
What is your shipping policy for heavy stone products?
Most orders are shipped via LTL freight on pallets to ensure safety. We offer curbside delivery, and you will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly encourage ordering samples. Since marble and natural stone have inherent variations in color and veining, a sample helps you visualize the product in your specific lighting.
What is your return policy for overage?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs for heavy freight are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your natural stone tiles require sealing?
Yes, most natural stones like marble, travertine, and slate are porous and should be sealed upon installation and periodically thereafter to prevent staining and moisture absorption.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
