Returns & Exchanges

At Marble and Tile USA, we strive to ensure your renovation project is a success by offering a 30-day return policy for unused, resaleable materials in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and installed tiles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original crates or boxes with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the package and ship the materials back to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the materials for damage and verifies the quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.
